I'm one of the loud artists in Studio 111. My prefered medium is guitar with tendencies towards vocals, drums, keys, and bass. I work with both the analog and digital recording formats. My favorite sound is muted trumpet.
Stephanie Sypsa is a professional artist, with a BFA from the Columbus College of Art and Design. She has artwork in numerous national and international private and corporate collections. Stephanie works for the Ohio Arts Council’s Riffe Gallery and has done freelance work for the Columbus Museum of Art, and as an instructor for CCAD. She is currently the Chair of Publicity and Outreach for the Phoenix Rising Printmaking Cooperative.
I spin, felt, and stitch psychological fables in wool fiber from my wee studio in the dark recesses of Junctionview. I also knit, and you might find me playing with the symbology of stitch pattern within some kind of framework. I have a BA in Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego. I am married, have 3 sons, a dog, a snake, and a garden. I am a founding member of Mother Artists at Work.
I paint industrial landscapes using encaustic and multi-media techniques.

if the surface moves I will chase it down to paint it.
If it's flat I will add texture.
If the surface is too high I will climb to get to it.
If it's rusted I like it even more.
Being a graffiti artist there simply isn't a surface that I cannot apply color to to convey my message. This is why I think I love art so much I have full freedom with my process to explore any and every idea I can think up.
