Eoin O’Brien (Circus Director) is a third generation
circus performer who has performed all over the United
States and Europe with The Cole Brothers Circus, The Royal
Hanneford Circus, The Nordmark International Circus, The TNT
Circus, The Tarzan Zerbini Circus, The Ringling Brothers,
and Walt Disney World, among others.

Eoin continues his family’s legacy with his own company,
The Grimaldi Circus, which has been creating unique
performance art events since 1991. He has created
large-scale events incorporating dance, juggling, stilt
walking, acrobatics, slack rope walking, fire eating, and
aerial trapeze work.  In addition, he has designed
costumes, video collages, puppets and sets for his own work,
as well as for other companies.  His work has been
produced at the Florida Dance Festival, Burning Man, the
Columbus Fringe Festival, the Ohio Dance Festival, the Fort
Worth Arts Festival, and the Bytom International Dance
Festival.

Eoin has a BFA in Dance from the Ohio State University and
has performed with numerous choreographers, including
Kristina Isabelle, Victoria Uris, Susan Van Pelt and John
Giffin. He has also written and directed multiple films and
is an award-winning poet.

Eoin has taught master class circus workshops as well as
gymnastics and acro-sport. Dr. Danga Grimaldi’s Circus
currently offers classes in trapeze, silk, lyra, unicycle,
stilt dance, acrobatics, Chinnies pole, wire walking,
juggling, and more!

Open Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays @ 6 PM
Aerial Only: Sundays @ 11 AM and 1 PM
